Day 1: Arrival in Vancouver (D) On arrival at Vancouver International Airport you will be met and transferred* to your hotel in the heart of one of Canada’s most beautiful cities. Tonight meet your Evergreen Tours’ Tour Director and travelling companions for a ‘Welcome to Canada’ reception and dinner.
Overnight Stay: Rosedale on Robson
Day 2: Rocky Mountaineer Train - Kamloops (B,L) Early morning transfer to Vancouver Railroad Station for a 2 day rail experience on ‘The Most Spectacular Train Trip in the World.’ Settle back in your Redleaf carriage (upgrade to Goldleaf $1035 pp). Follow the Fraser RiverValley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, arriving into Kamloops. Tonight, perhaps enjoy dinner and a show.

Day 3: Rocky Mountaineer Train - Jasper (B,L,D) Transfer back to Kamloops station and continue your journey eastward into the spectacular Rocky Mountains. Today’s highlights include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954m, Pyramid Falls, as well as the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. This evening arrive in Jasper and transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Icefields Parkway - Glacier 'Ice Explorer' - Lake Louise (B,D) This morning enjoy a guided walk down the stunning Maligne canyon and marvel at the spectacular rock formations of one of Canada’s’ longest underground river systems. Depart Jasper and travel south along the Icefields Parkway, acclaimed as one of the most spectacular journeys in the world, and enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery. Be amazed by the powerful Athabasca Falls, then make a stop at the Columbia Icefield, where you’ll take the ‘Ice Explorer’ onto the mighty 300-meter thick Athabasca Glacier. Day’s end finds us at the beautiful Lake Louise. Spend an afternoon in the most classically English of fashions and enjoy a mouth-watering afternoon tea at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise while taking-in the spectacular view.

Day 5: Lake Louise - Emerald Lake - Banff (B,D) Visit Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge enroute to the township of Banff. On arrival into Banff enjoy sightseeing tour including Bow River and Bow Falls and enjoy your Gondola Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain, with unbelievable views of the Bow River valley.

Day 6: Banff (B) Today is reserved for you to enjoy Banff and its many sights and attractions. Optional activities are available for convenience.
Day 7: Glacier National Park - Sun Peaks (B,D) Cross into Yoho National Park as we begin our descent from the Canadian Rockies. Re-entering British Columbia, we travel through Glacier National Park and Mt Revelstoke National Park before arriving in the resort village of Sun Peaks. This evening enjoy highlight dinner including music and dancing.

Day 8: Okanagan Valley - Whistler (B) Visit Historic Hat Creek Ranch and learn about the Shuswap people, then pass through the towns of Cache Creek and Lillooet. Travel along the very Scenic Duffy Lake Road, travel through the historic farming Village of Pemberton and arrive at the charming alpine resort of Whistler Village, with time this afternoon and this evening to explore the village’s cobbled pathways and plazas.

Day 9: Cheakamus Canyon - Howe Sound - Victoria (B,D) Optional 1 Hr Floatplane Flight to Victoria. Leave the crowds behind and soar over the many scattered islands through the Georgia Strait to the historic capital of British Columbia, Victoria. Arrive early afternoon giving you more time to explore! (additional Expense).
After breakfast drive along south along the Sea to Sky highway. On arrival at Horseshoe Bay board the BC Ferry and travel through Georgia strait to Vancouver Island. Visit the beautiful artisan mural town of Chemainus, the world's largest outdoor art gallery. Continue onto Victoria, British Columbia's beautiful capital city.

Day 10: Victoria - Butchart Gardens - Sightseeing (B) Today visit the world-famous Butchart Gardens, a 22-hectare showplace of magnificent, colourful gardens. Afterwards enjoy a sightseeing tour of Victoria’s Inner Harbour, Beacon Hill and residential areas. This afternoon is free to explore or perhaps as an option we suggest a Whale Watch Tour & Historic Chinatown Dinner Excursion.
Day 11: Victoria - Vancouver Sightseeing - Alaskan Cruise (B,D) This morning transfer by ferry to the mainland and enjoy a city tour of Vancouver, including Gastown, English Bay, Chinatown, and Stanley Park, with its world famous totem poles. Next stop Canada Place to join your luxurious cruise ship for your 7 night voyage through the famed Inside Passage to Alaska. Check into your Stateroom (FREE Upgrade to Outside Stateroom - subject to availability) onboard Holland America Lines ms Zuiderdam and settle-in for an unforgettable cruise.
Day 12: Cruising the Inside Passage (B,L,D) Spend the entire day cruising the Inside Passage one of the worlds’ most spectacular waterways as your ship threads her way past forests of spruce, mountains, islands and inlets.
Day 13: Tracey Arm - Juneau (Alaska's capital) (B,L,D) Cruise through Tracy Arm, one of Alaska’s biggest fjords. This afternoon arrive into Alaska’s scenic capital city, Juneau. Learn the city’s Gold Rush story, drop into the Red Dog Saloon or visit the fascinating Alaska State Museum. (Shore excursions are at own expense).
Day 14: Skagway (B,L,D) Sail into Skagway with plenty of free time to go ashore and stroll the weathered boardwalks and false-fronted buildings as you step back to the days of 1898.
Day 15: Glacier Bay (B,L,D) Early this morning your cruise ship enters the iceberg-strewn waters of Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, where 13 spectacular glaciers flow from surrounding mountains into the waters of the bay. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to see a pinnacle of ice ‘calve’ or break away from the face of a glacier to plunge into the bay. A National Park Service Ranger onboard the ship will help you spot wildlife, while pointing out sights and explaining glacier activity.
Day 16: Ketchikan (B,L,D) Arrive into picturesque Ketchikan. Take the opportunity to visit Totem Bight State Park and walk through the forest to a replica Tlingit Indian Village.(Shore excursions are at own expense).
Day 17: The Inside Passage (B,L,D) A relaxing day as you travel south through the inside passageshaped by glaciers millions of years ago.
Day 18: Vancouver (B) Disembark this morning and transfer* to Vancouver airport for your flight home.
